FIRST OFFICIAL RUN - OUTSIDE- IN 5 WEEKS - THIS MORNING! It was 25* with windchill of 17* and sunny. I only ran 4.6 miles (per mapmyroute.com). Mentally felt great, but I felt very slow. I ran it in 50 minutes which = 10:50 / mile.
NOT TOO SHABBY!
